So my mom said my last post was a little harsh. I apologize if anyone was upset by it. I do, honestly, hate both Oregon Drivers and Oregon Duck Fans. I have no problem stating this in public, whether it gets me beat up or not is another story, but I am pretty darn open about my disdain for both. :-D And trust me, I am pretty open about other things that I either like or dislike. My annoyances were not based on specific people, really, but more of an "I read, saw or heard about these different things at various times throughout the week and thought I should tell people about my annoyance with them". No subtle bullying or snarkiness here. Just sayin'.
Now, on to bigger and better things - my child sings the Veggie Tales song just for fun! And it's probably one of the sweetest sounds in the world. I absolutely love that she'll just be sitting somewhere all by herself and I'll hear her precious little voice singing. She's getting more in tune every day. We will raise her to love music as much as we do. Music is a passion, an outlet and a gift and she will always know that. Nathan and I both love music of all kinds and Emma will always have that exposure. Someday we'll take to up to Seattle for the Folklife Festival and maybe Bumbershoot so she gets to see all the various musicians that show up. She'd love it. I can't wait to take her to a cool concert. I'm still praying that N*SYNC has a reunion tour. ;-)
I will post some new photos soon, I swear. Things get busy when I start working on my Photography Blog. I get all excited about posting new stuff there that I kind of forget about this blog. Sorry about that. I guess something has to suffer for the hustle and bustle of life.
