52 Weeks of Photos {Week 6}

Ok, so at least this week my picture(s) are up on the right day! It's been a long week, but mostly because we've been so busy. Our friend Morgan came to town and we had a lot of fun spending time with him. We went to this small restaurant called, "Papa's Soul Food" and I can say with full confidence that we will definitely be returning. The soul food was very good for my soul :-) I also did a photo session with Morgan. He's hoping to do more speaking engagements and wanted to have some headshots to add to a profile when he does. It was fun! Look for those pictures on my photography site later.

Emma got to give Valentine's to her friends at Awanas. It's the first time she's had a class to give them to and she was excited about it :-) She wrote her name on about 15-20 cards. I think she thought it was fun at first, but then realized it wasn't as fun as it seemed orginally. She did such a great job too! The Valentine's had little monkey's on them and tiny monkey face tattoos with them. I'm not sure if anyone really wants the tattoos, but it doesn't really matter to me if they keep them or not. I'm just glad she didn't come home with a bunch of candy!

Micaiah is going to be four months old tomorrow. I just don't know where all the time has gone! I'm amazed at how quickly he's grown and how much he's changed! He's turning into such a little boy and I love it! After I do his pictures in his four month photos, I'll post about the different things he's done and learned this month.

We took the kids to the park Saturday afternoon in their new red wagon! They got it for Christmas and Emma has been dying to try it out so we took a walk and had some fun. Micaiah wasn't too sure about it at first, but once we started walking, he started noticing everything around him and chatting with Emma. It was too cute. I took lots of pictures of them on our walk and some at the park too. We put Micaiah in the baby/toddler swing and he loved it! He sat up in it so well! Emma wanted a turn and she looks HUGE in the swing compared to him :-) Our photos of the week are of them having their turns in the swing:
